If you have self-published a book and would like to be interviewed for this site, then please fill out the questionnaire to get your interview added to our queue. Please try to provide as complete an answer as possible. Your goal here is to entertain and engage potential readers!

  • Enter your name as you would like to see it displayed.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
    Please try to limit the image size to no larger than 250x250.
  • List the title of any story you would like to promote.
  • Please enter the ASIN for the book you listed above. I will modify this form in the future to accomodate other sales outlets, but for now I only have Amazon set up.
  • Provide some information for our readers to let them know who you are. The more information you provide, the more likely they are to come and visit you!
