SO LITTLE TIME

So little time that we can share.
So little time to show we care.
We’re facing such an uphill climb
Because we have so little time.

When we’re together, holding hands,
I know that someone understands.
You listen to my every word,
Then comment on the things you heard.

When you’re with me the time flies by.
Then when you leave, I wonder why
There’s so few hours in the day
To say the things we long to say.

So little time for me to find
A way to say what’s on my mind.
So many things we’d like to do.
So little time for me and you.
