When a baby is born,
The parents will try
To collect all the baby’s first things.
The baby’s first book,
And the baby’s first shoes,
And a lock of hair from
His first haircut, too,
But no scrapbook can save
The most important of things,
And that’s the joy that the baby’s
First laughter brings.
