A LONELY CHRISTMAS

The snow is gently falling
Upon the window pane,
But to me it wouldn’t matter
If it never snowed again.

I find that I am all alone
On this cold, Christmas day,
And my tears are slowly falling
Because you’re so far away.

I can’t imagine me
Spending Christmas without you,
But I am sure my memories
Will help to see me through.

So on this cold, December day
I’ll send my gift of love.
Please remember that I love you,
And perhaps we’ll meet above.
