A VALENTINE POEM

I may not often say the things
Which show how much I care,
But I am very grateful for
The love we’ve come to share.

I may not show my love for you
In poetry or prose,
But don’t forget, with all my love,
That you’re the one I chose.

I may not take the time I should
For things you’d like to do,
But nothing seems more precious than
The time I spend with you.
