THE FIRE IN YOUR EYES

The fire glows dimly
In the quiet darkness
As I feel your warm body
Resting here beside mine.
I watch you as you sleep,
And I gently brush your hair
Away from your lovely face.
I brush my fingers across your cheek
Then let them trail to your breast
Where they softly linger.
I see you smile playfully
As you begin to stir,
Realizing my intentions.
Together we share our love
As the darkness continues
And the dim light of the fire
Shines brightly in your eyes.
